Since I wrote that on Sunday a 2nd floor 2/2 unit in the same complex asking $325,000 fell out of contract and is back on the market and another 6th floor 2/2 in another building dropped their price to $349,000.

Interesting tidbit: when I search for oceanfront with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths I get 99 results. Once I filter out non-direct ocean I'm left with 53. When I omit 1st floor there are 45 left. Of those, about half are significantly over-priced in my humble opinion. Once you factor in a price constraint, a prospective buyer has a pretty small list of possibilities.Larry Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01527381774923548480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11537840.post-46288473134380218772016-01-20T12:12:55.755-05:002016-01-20T12:12:55.755-05:00I'm surprised that the lowest priced direct oc...I'm surprised that the lowest priced direct ocean unit is $350k. That is higher than I would have expected. Do you think it will sell near that price?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11537840.post-11656052851964339922016-01-17T17:04:04.982-05:002016-01-17T17:04:04.982-05:00I'm still hoping the one in our complex listed...I'm still hoping the one in our complex listed for $169K to sell near that price to really increase the comps!Andrew's momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02744902729293890202noreply@blogger.com
