Before buying a co...Too funny, but right on point. Before buying a condo we rented in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral for 6 years in different condo buildings. I found that the signage did indeed reveal a lot about the tone of the HOA. When looking to buy I rejected at least one complex because of the "hostile signage" for exactly the reasons you mentioned. I had learned that the signs were a red flag revealing a lot about the micro-culture of the building(s). HOA groups should read their signs thinking of what prospective buyers will see when they look at them, especially if the officers think they ever themselves might want to sell.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
