Except for a couple of anomalous years after the crash, Nov, Dec and Jan see the lowest numbers of closed sales. Our current crazy low inventory is screwing up any seasonal trends we are used to seeing. If I was selling, I'd have it listed right now to take advantage of that low inventory and to get in front of any more restrictive mortgage conditions or higher rates.
