Revisiting rental restrictions



Prospective condo buyers who haven't been reading this blog for long may benefit from reading a few posts from the past. Many buyers embark on a search for a condo without considering what issues are important to the selection of a unit. Some people never intend to rent their unit but many hope for some rental income to help with expenses.
